- Ensure the application is updated to the latest version
- Ensure your tablet/phone is updated to the latest version
- Ensure the Socket Mobile reader is discoverable by following the steps below:
- If the NFC Reader is or was being used with FunFangle Attendance on another iPad, please force close the FunFangle app on that iPad to release the S550.
- If the NFC Reader is or was being used with FunFangle Attendance on an Android tablet, please terminate the Socket Mobile Companion Service running on that Android tablet to release the S550.
After completing the steps above, your reader should be discoverable, and you will see a rapidly blinking blue light. You are now ready to attempt pairing again.
